I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The collar is gorgeous! The customer service was also excellent. When I ordered the collar, somehow I missed that there were five rows of stones. I saw only four. Since I didn't specify what color stones I wanted for the fifth row, the program defaulted to AB. You noticed that that didn't look right, so you called me before you did any work on the collar. I was so glad you noticed and took the time to ask me about it. We discussed a new pattern of stones, and it looks amazing! Most places would have just gone ahead and made the collar as ordered. And they wouldn't have been wrong. But I'm so glad you checked with me.

Very good, even during the transition and slow shipping due to COVID-19. THE ALL WHITE CRYSTAL, 5-ROW, COLLAR IS STUNNING AND LOOKS GREAT ON MY LITTLE PRINCESS! I was a bit surprised at the size of the buckle on this collar. I guess I expected something smaller since the collar size was 9.5", however, I did not take into consideration the fact that the collar is 1" wide, as opposed to the smaller ones I had ordered before.
